Attributes of Trees

Primary Attributes

This represents the growth of the Tree, and the higher the level, the more $SDT users can receive. Everytime users water the tree, the tree's experience points accumulate, and when the accumulated experience points reach the required level-up experience points, users can increase the tree's level.

This is the lifespan of the Tree.

Lifespan decreases by 1 per day, and when it reaches 0, users can no longer receive $SDT. Life extension items can extend the lifespan, and when upgrading to a higher-level tree, they can be used as material plants to maintain value.

You can increase a Tree's happiness to 100 by 'spraying water with a sprayer,' 'sending messages of love,' and/or 'getting rid of bugs.' Each time a Tree's happiness reaches 100, a flower will appear, and when you collect 4 flowers, your friend Tree will come to visit you. The Friend Tree grants various additional effects, including production bonuses which lasts for 5 days. Happiness decreases by a certain amount every hour, so continuous management is required.

Happiness Management

Happiness contributes to increasing user return rates and usage of the platform by providing additional rewards to users who actively engage in-app activities. Happiness can be increased in the following ways:

  • Spraying water with a sprayer: Can be done once between AM 06:00 and PM 06:00(KST), which consumes 0.3L of water.

  • Say โ€œI love youโ€: Can be done once from 06:00 PM to 06:00 AM(KST) and does not consume water.

  • Bug Extermination: Users can increase happiness by exterminating bugs that appear from time to time.

Lifespan as a prevention of infinite rewards due to inflation

A typical reward-type NFT has the problem that the supply of tokens exceeds demand due to infinite rewards, which causes unhealthy inflation of the token.

There are attempts to apply halving to solve this, however, rewards halved after halving will be halved as soon as new users are motivated to enter.

Farming Tree NFT solves this problem by applying lifespan properties to the Trees.

Lifespan will limit rewards for inactive users and guarantee rewards for active users.

One higher rank tree can be created by crossing two trees.

Trees that have reached the end of their lifespan can also be used as breeding material without penalty, making them a valuable resource for users who want higher-level trees. On the other hand, longevity is an important factor for a stable token ecosystem as it can limit rewards to inactive users.

Productivity

The amount of $SDT accumulated over 24 hours determines the Tree's production. Production is proportional to the tree's level and rarity.

Luck

The higher the luck level, the higher the probability of additional rewards as well as the amount of additional rewards when receiving rewards. This property will be applied after the beta period.

Immunity

Trees sometimes get sick. The higher the disease resistance, the lower the tree's chance of being infected. This property will be applied after the beta period.
